David Parry

President and CEO

David Parry, President and CEO of Accelerate360, has led the company since January of 2019. He is responsible for growing and diversifying the business’s unique value proposition for retailers and brands which leverages consumer media and robust distribution logistics infrastructure to create product availability and drive affinity.

As President and CEO, David has led Accelerate360 through several strategic acquisitions and investments. Recently acquisitions of Dakota News, Inc., Media Solutions, and Bauer’s U.S. publishing business have added thousands of retail locations to the company’s industry-leading network of distribution assets and have deepened its wholesale magazine, book distribution, and general merchandise business with the addition of several leading media brands. These acquisitions followed strategic acquisitions and mergers including CoMag Marketing Group and a360media, a media company with 22 brands and some of the industry’s leading celebrity and active lifestyle brands including Us Weekly, Life&Style, Men’s Journal, and many more.

Parry continues to plan the path and lead the charge for the $1.5B company, and in 2022, he oversaw a $360M refinancing deal that provided the company with strong liquidity to drive continued growth. A truly unique partner for retailers and CPG brands, Accelerate360’s solutions connect content, culture, and commerce. Today, the company is pioneering eCommerce marketplaces and DTC platforms with the support of an all-new, hyper-automated distribution center that provides in-store or home delivery in two days or less.

David has more than 40 years of experience in the publishing and distribution industry. He started his career with Condé Nast Publications where he held various management positions and later worked in leadership roles for Martin News Agency, a large independent wholesale distributor. Before joining Accelerate360, David served as President and CEO of The News Group U.S. (TNG), after serving as President and CEO of MagNet, L.L.P., an international data management company.

During his career, David has been esteemed with many awards, including Chief Executive of the year in 2014 from the Jim Pattison Organization. David graduated with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (B.B.A) from the University of Idaho where he also played football for the Vandals.

Doug Olson

Chief Media Officer and President of A360 Media

Doug Olson serves as Chief Media Officer and President of A360 Media, the media arm of Accelerate360.

Prior to joining the company, Doug was President of Meredith Magazines at Meredith Corporation, the leading multi-platform media company, reaching more than 190 million American consumers every month, including nearly 95% of all U.S. women. In that role, he oversaw all magazine operations, spanning content generation, sales, marketing, production, sourcing, and more, across the company’s trusted portfolio that includes PEOPLE, the most profitable magazine in the industry.

Before joining Meredith in 2000 as Vice President and General Manager of Meredith Interactive Media, Doug was Vice President and General Manager of ADP’s National Account Services Outsourcing and Technology operation for 13 years. During his career, he has held a variety of senior leadership positions in technology integration, strategic planning, and service delivery.

Doug currently serves on the boards of directors of Junior Achievement, USA, The Association of Magazine Media, and Alliance for Audited Media. He is also an honorary trustee for the Des Moines Performing Arts. He earned a Master of Business Administration from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.

Trey Holder

Chief Business Officer and President of Distribution & Logistics

Trey is Accelerate360’s Chief Business Officer and President of Distribution & Logistics and has been with the company since 2019. He has more than 20 years of experience in retail in leadership, logistics, merchandising, distribution, sales, marketing, and IT development. He was previously the CEO of Mercury Retail Services and led the company to a successful exit to the largest player in the space in 2013.

Trey sits on a number of boards for start-up and growth-stage CPG and tech companies in the retail space and is involved in several retail organizations. He is a strategic advisor for The Brand Innovators Group, the largest U.S. marketing association, Co-founder of Brand Innovators Labs, and a strategic advisor for SKU, an Austin-based CPG accelerator. He was previously the Executive Director of Innovation at Retail Tomorrow-GMDC, a large retail-owned CPG association focused on driving innovation for retailers and brands. Trey studied advertising at The University of Texas at Austin.

Nikki Laughlin

Chief Innovation Officer and President of Marketing and Brand Development

Nikki (Nicole) Laughlin joined Accelerate360 in 2021 and serves as Chief Innovation Officer and President of Marketing and Brand Development. Her experience across tech, retail, and CPG, at companies like Meta, Meijer, Havas, and Leo Burnett, allows her to lend a unique perspective in an ever-evolving marketplace.

Before joining Accelerate360, Nikki served as President of Havas, leading teams across three agency banners, Havas Chicago, Annex Chicago, and Annex Experience, where they serviced clients like Amazon, Adidas, AutoZone, Ferrara, Reynolds Consumer Products, Hefty, Michelin, and Pillsbury among others. Prior to Havas, she led the Grocery & Drugstore Industry Vertical at Meta, partnering with CPG teams and grocery & drugstore retailers to accelerate how they apply digital to better serve their customers.

A graduate of the University of Illinois, Nikki lives with her family in Grand Rapids, MI.

Liz Roche

Chief Data Officer

Liz joined Accelerate360 as Chief Data Officer in 2021 and is a growth hacker with a passion for data-driven technology solutions. Her role is instrumental in shaping Accelerate360’s digital transformation as she works to build proprietary data partnerships and solutions to better serve retailer, brand and advertising partners in the A360 ecosystem.

Prior to joining Accelerate360, Liz led Havas North America's data consultancy as the General Manager of North America and the Global Chief Strategy Officer where she oversaw brands like Fitbit, Loews Hotels, Rite Aid, Amazon, Liberty Mutual, Keurig, AutoZone, and more. Beforehand, she worked at Facebook where she launched a number of alpha products centered around customer loyalty and personalization for top retailers. Liz has a background in engineering and pioneered data-driven targeting solutions for the retail industry vertical at Epsilon., now named Conversant. While there, developed innovative data solutions to support householding methodologies as well as co-op solutions for brands like Walgreens, CDW, Staples, and Office Depot. She started her career developing loyalty and marketplace concepts for Groupon and has worked in data and tech for companies like LinkedIn.

Liz graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Anthropology and a minor in Government from Skidmore College and continued her education at Dev Bootcamp – focusing on data structures and algorithms. She has continued pursuing computer science education with Harvard’s CS50x program.

Marc Fierman

Marc Fierman - Chief Financial Officer

Marc was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Accelerate360 in 2021 after serving the company in a variety of senior financial positions for more than a decade. Marc has 40 years of experience in finance and accounting with over 25 years in the wholesale and publishing industries.

Prior to joining the Accelerate360, Marc served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Source Interlink Companies from 2002 to 2011 and Senior Vice President of Finance from 1999 to 2002. Source Interlink Companies (publicly traded and privately held) was a $2.5 billion integrated media, publishing, merchandising, and logistics company.

From 1997 to 1999, Marc served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Brand Manufacturing Corp., a retail publishing display fixture manufacturer. He was an accounting professional between 1982 and 1997. Marc received a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Brooklyn College, City University of New York.

Jay Felts

President of Comag Marketing Group (CMG)

Jay Felts is President of Comag Marketing Group (CMG), Accelerate360’s media services platform, where he leads a team that is entrusted with overseeing the retail HQ sales, brand marketing, category analytics and insights, foreign distribution and supply chain logistics for many of publishing’s most storied media brands. He was previously CMG’s SVP, Retail HQ Sales and Logistics where he led CMG’s North American retail sales/logistics, in-store merchandising and category management/insights teams, while managing key business relationships throughout the wholesale and retail supply chain.

Jay has served in leadership roles representing the magazine industry to the retail trade, positioning CMG as a “solutions provider” while promoting the overall category. He authored the industry “One Voice” trade campaign and served on the Board of the Magazines & Books at Retail (MBR) trade association for 8 years, serving for several years as Board Chair.

Before joining CMG, Felts was SVP of TNG where he managed all national retail chain marketing activities. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Retail Sales at Simon & Schuster, overseeing the retail sales/distribution of the company’s book imprints across North America. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions on the sales teams of The New York Times, Women’s Magazine Division, and TIME, Inc.

Jay earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Florida.

Jeff Pascoe

EVP, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary

As the Chief Legal Officer, Jeff oversees all legal functions of the Accelerate 360 family of companies, including corporate matters, litigation, regulatory, compliance, and intellectual property. Prior to joining Accelerate 360, Jeff was general counsel for over ten years of a leading consumer products company, managing its global legal matters. His work experience also includes a combined decade as a commercial litigator, senior law clerk for the chief judge of a U.S. district court, and press aide to a U.S. Senator. Jeff has a JD from Vanderbilt Law School, where he was a Wade Scholar, and a dual BA from Furman University.

Michael Rogge

Executive Vice President of Human Resources

Michael Rogge is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Accelerate and has been with the company since 2006. Previous to this role, he was the Director of Human Resources from 2006 - 2010 for the company’s merchandising division and Vice President of Human Resources from 2010 - 2018. Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from Gettysburg College and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Michael has been married to his wife Heidi since 2000 and they have two teenage boys. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as hobbies that include sports, music, reading and exercising.

Chuck Howell

EVP, Corporate Sourcing

Chuck Howell, Executive Vice President of Corporate Sourcing for Accelerate 360, is a 20+ year veteran in the Media industry. He has held executive-level positions in Consumer Marketing, Newsstand Operations, Production Operations, Strategic Sourcing, and Supply Chain management. He has built strong, collaborative, and engaged teams during his career. He is an action-oriented critical thinker who collaboratively oversees several parts of our organization. In his Sourcing role, Chuck provides leadership and vision to A360's procurement activities, ensuring that the sourcing and negotiation strategies employed complement the overall business strategy and deliver value by reducing costs while improving the quality of purchased goods and services.
