KH7 Story

KH7 is known as Europe’s “must have” household degreaser. Since being introduced to consumers in Spain in 1980, KH7’s signature orange branding was widely recognized, and the company had started to introduce a parallel range of cleaning products in mass-consumption formats. The business launched stateside in 2016 with the speed-to-market advantages of a purely online sales approach. Sales growth on Amazon and D2C channels quickly peaked.

Growth & Expansion with Omni-Commerce Solutions

The accelerate360 team took a collaborative approach to evaluating KH7’s omni-commerce strategy and designed a plan to achieve the goals.

By evaluating product logistics and fulfillment, our team examined KH7’s product profile and ad strategy on Amazon and other online retailers. We created guidelines for updated photography, product descriptions, and revised advertising strategies resulting in a 2X improvement in ROAS and a 400% increase in sales on Amazon.

At accelerate360, we are to proud partner with the country’s largest online marketplaces as well as the largest grocery and mass-market retailers. We approach channel expansion by first meeting client KPIs through overall strategy optimization and then we look to expand to new channels for retail distribution. In the case of KH7, we expanded their eCommerce retailer platforms to include Amazon, Walmart, Rite Aid, and Boxed. Leveraging our longstanding retailer relationships, we also secured placement for KH7 in 800+ Walmart locations.
